Elements of Byron is a beachside resort at Ewingsdale, just north west of Byron Bay, spread across a large coastal site between the highway and the sand. Guests arrive after a flight and a long drive, and the property is well outside the town, which makes the transfer part of the stay rather than an afterthought.
Which Airport, and What We Can Run
Our licence is Queensland: we may run Queensland to New South Wales and New South Wales to Queensland, but never NSW to NSW.

Ballina is the closest airport geographically, so this catches people out. If you are choosing flights, book into Coolangatta or Brisbane and we will run the ground leg.
Arriving and Leaving
The resort sits on a large site off Bayshore Drive, away from the town centre. There is very little circulating out there at night, and mobile coverage in the surrounding farmland is unreliable.
Book the return when you book the outbound. We agree the pickup point and time, and the vehicle is simply there, no call required from a property with one bar of signal.
Weddings and Groups
Elements is a significant wedding and event venue, and guest transport is the piece that usually needs solving: guests come from Queensland and from the coast, the ceremony runs to a schedule, and everyone leaves at once.

The Time Zone
Between October and April, New South Wales observes daylight saving and Queensland does not, so the resort runs an hour ahead of the Gold Coast. Every booking is quoted and confirmed in the pickup point's time zone, in writing. On a wedding morning this is the single most important line in the confirmation.
