Planning It Properly
Send us the run sheet. We work backwards from the ceremony time, allow for photographs, and build in the buffer that a wedding day always needs. If the day slips, and it usually does, the driver waits. There is no surge and no penalty for a schedule that moves.
For guest transport we work out how many vehicle runs the guest list actually needs, rather than quoting a number and leaving you to discover it was short.
Byron Bay and the Northern Rivers
Byron is one of Australia's most booked wedding regions and its venues are spread across the hinterland with poor mobile coverage and unsealed approaches. We run it constantly. Note the licence rule: we can bring guests from Queensland into NSW and return them to Queensland, but we cannot run a job that both starts and ends in NSW.
