Unison Transfers is a small, family operated private chauffeur company based on the Gold Coast. We are not a broker and not an app. When you book, you are booking a licensed Queensland operator, and the chauffeur who arrives is one of ours.
We hold a Queensland Booked Hire Service Licence (BHSL 258504), a Booking Entity Authority (BEA 260412) and ABN 45 647 949 488, and we carry the authorisations for our approved Queensland and Northern NSW routes.
What We Do
Airport transfers, intercity runs, corporate travel, weddings, theme park days and event transport across the Gold Coast, Brisbane, Byron Bay and the Northern Rivers. Every job is quoted as a fixed price before it runs.
How We Are Different
Fixed price, always. The figure quoted is the figure charged, tolls and airport fees included. No meter, no surge, no per person fare.
Real people. Every booking is handled by a person, 5am to 9pm on 0401 605 940, and transfers run 24 hours. If your flight moves at 2am, we move with it.
Our own drivers. Police cleared, accredited, uniformed and known to us. No app pool, no substitution on the day.
Child seats free. Capsules, rear facing, forward facing and boosters, fitted before we collect you. Most operators charge for these or refuse to fit them.
Our Licence Area
We operate throughout South East Queensland and into Northern NSW. Our licence permits a job to start in NSW as long as it finishes in Queensland, Byron Bay to Gold Coast and Byron Bay to Brisbane are regular runs. We cannot run a job that both starts and ends in NSW, and we will tell you so rather than take the booking.
